EquityBound websites (“Websites”), mobile applications (“Apps”), and related services (together with the Websites and Apps, the “Service”) are operated by EquityBound LLC (“EquityBound,” “us,” or “we”). Access and use of the Service are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any future modifications.
EquityBound may amend, update, or change these Terms and Conditions. If we do this, we will post a notice on the Websites for at least 7 days and indicate the revision date at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions. By submitting any content to the Service, you grant EquityBound a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense your content. You acknowledge that this license cannot be revoked once the content is submitted.
You represent that you own or have secured the legal rights to submit such content, and that it complies with applicable laws and EquityBound’s guidelines.
8. Indemnification of EquityBound
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EquityBound, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
9. License to Apps
Subject to these Terms, EquityBound grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the Apps.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.
