If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from EquityBound, we may collect your mobile phone number to send you platform updates, saved item alerts, account notifications, and relevant reminders.
a. Consent and Opt-Out
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
b. Mobile Data Protection
Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We only use this information to send you the messages you have consented to receive.
10. Google User Data
If you connect your Gmail account, EquityBound asks Google for permission to send email on your behalf and to see your email address.
a. How We Use It
We use this access only to send the messages you write in EquityBound, at the moment you press Send, and to show which address is connected. If you choose to answer a listing's buyer inquiries from your own inbox, we also send a copy of each new inquiry from your account to your own address. We do not read or scan your mailbox.
b. Storage and Sharing
We store the access Google grants in encrypted form. We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.
c. Disconnecting
You can disconnect Gmail at any time in EquityBound or in your Google Account settings. When you disconnect in EquityBound, we delete the access we hold.
d. Limited Use
EquityBound's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
